Thought this was a cute idea, more for older kids who might be getting skeptical about Santa....I did this last year, and my youngest was thrilled to stumble upon Santa's button hidden under one of his gifts under the tree. Santa had left a this note and poem saying that he'd lost his button while delivering gifts and whoever happens to find it, will have good luck for the year. I had found an old plain button and used a bit of modget podge and a paper cut out to cover it, then added some stickles to glam it up. Just thought I would share a fun little idea.
