Blossom GTG #2

For this card, I took the green card base and trimmed about a 1/2 inch off each of the front sides and bottom. I then lined the inside of the green card with purple cardstock. Proceeded with stamping the flowers and sentiment and adding a silk flower with a brad.

Blossom GTG #1

This is from the Blossom kit. I used three different flower stamps in three different shades of purple as the background. I then used the stencil to do the main flower image in purple, double matted it, and attached to card front. Inked edges.

Digi-Hybrid & Card - Teacher Appreciation Gifts

Well it was just Teacher Appreciation day and I quickly whipped these gifts together for the boys' 2 teachers.

I created digital layouts, trimmed out the layouts to fit the mugs, and inserted them. I put a gift card in the cups. Wrapped each cup in a kitchen dish towel. Made a gift card using the dahlia fold technique (papers from ClubScrap's Gratitude kit) and attached.

Quick, easy, yet personal - gotta love that!!

Cards - Lego Party invites

These are just some very simple "lego" birthday invites I made up for my eldest kiddo's birthday party.

I just took cardstock in primary colors, cut the 8.5 x 11 piece in half, folded each of those two pieces in half to create basic card. Then I punched 1.25 inch circles out of same color cardstock, inked the edges, rubberstamped "lego" (used alphabet stamps from Clubscrap) onto each circle, adhered the 6 circles on popdots to the front of the card. I then printed the actual invitation details on white paper and adhered inside the card. Rubberstamped "par*tay" on the envelopes and vola' invitations done!

Thanks for looking.

Deb
