Aspen Blog Hop
Welcome to this month's ClubScrap Blog Hop!
Here is a real simple but fun technique - I did it 6 different ways to give you a variety of ideas for this single stamped image.Supplies:
Cardstock
Watercolor paper
Watercolor paints
paint brush
Twinkling H2O's
Forest Rubberstamp
Black india Ink
Instructions:
1. Stamp image onto watercolor paper with black india ink. Trim out.
2. Color 1/3 of the white area around the tree images with watercolor paint. Let dry.
3. You can color as many or as few colors as you like. But repeat until all background is colored. Let each color section dry.
4. Stamp bird images in black.
5. Then take some twinkling H2O's and sprintz or flick onto cardfront. Creates a wonderful look - depending on the various colors you could use, it could look like leaves falling from a tree, rain falling, or even snow falling.
6. Mat images and adhere to card backs.
