Card - Come Sail Away

Come Sail Away - CARD

1. Tear a piece of cardstock (wider than the cardstock you are working with) to give rough edge to it.  Hold this 'torn edge' piece across the background cardstock and using a sponge, ink sponge and rub off of torn piece onto the background lightly.  Repeat process, moving torn paper around to create 'clouds' onto the background.
2.  Rubberstamp "city skyline" from ClubScraps' Bright Lights, Big City kit in black ink at bottom edge of cardstock.
3.  Stamp balloon on blue cardstock, trim out and adhere to card on pop dot.
4.  Stamp sentiment in black ink.

The majority of the materials used in this project are from ClubScrap. TFL DebDuzScrappin

  1. Love this sky technique Deb! I remember learning to do it from Carol on the Carol Duvall Show quite a few years ago using chalks. Love how you mixed the kits on this one.

  2. Deb, really love this technique. I remember a few years ago, Carol Duvall demonstrated it using chalks. Thanks for reminding me of it and really love your mixed kit choices.
