Sunflowers Blog Hop!!
Today I am working with Club Scrap's Sunflower kit. These sunflower stamps are so pretty. I made a fun set of cards for today hop - hope you enjoy them!!
To make these cards - I used versamark ink and heat embossed white images and sentiments onto black cardstock. Once images were done and cooled, I placed them in my over spray Clubscrap pizza box and splattered lime green and yellow acrylic paint onto card pieces.
Then just mat those pieces as shown onto card front:

Great cards, Deb, love your splashing background.
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards the white against the background really stands out!
ReplyDeleteLove the contrast of the black and white but the splatter really finishes them off nicely!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how much detail comes through on these stamps when embossed. Gorgeous! But the splatter addition was brilliant!
ReplyDeleteJust lovely.
ReplyDeleteThe white heat-embossed images on that dark cardstock really "pop". I really like the touch of color the acrylic paint splatter added. Simple yet striking cards.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I love the "cosmic" background all of your spraying and splattering created in your pizza box!
ReplyDeleteLove these cards Deb! Your pizza box is a work of art in itself (LOL)! Thanks for sharing and have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI love how the white stamped images pop off the dark backgrounds, and the splats are so much fun!!
ReplyDeleteSo striking! Beautiful cards here Deb, the stamps look completely different in black and white!
ReplyDeleteThe inside of your spray & spatter catch box looks like a fun galaxy! Love these artsy cards. At first I wondered why your White Pigment Ink Stamping was so much more vivid than mine, but I see embossing is certainly the key! Worth the extra step. Love the splatters too.
ReplyDeleteLove the White embossing. It makes this kit so different. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards!
ReplyDeleteI love the chalkboard effect!
ReplyDeleteVery cool! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteOh i love the white on the dark cardstock!!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing how with just a few extra touches, one can create a very eye catching card, etc. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards!!!
ReplyDeleteI love how dramatic these are!
