It was a very interesting time visiting the local grocery stores.  They leave a lot of their meat out in the open and there was flies landing on it.  Hard to think that we were probably actually eating food that had been left out like that and purchased by restaurants to serve us....

We hit Costco and picked up some booze for the week, we also stopped and picked up mixer...for the mixer we opted for Orange Juice - problem was - the OJ turned out to be just like Sunny Delight...not quite the same flavor as a "screwdriver" or "tequila sunrise" with the SunnyD....

I think my favorite thing to do in Mexico was to get up early, put my feet up on the railing, sip my tea and write in my journal about the previous days activities.
