Club Scrap Sunflowers Blog Hop

 Sunflowers Blog Hop!!

Today I am working with Club Scrap's Sunflower kit.  These sunflower stamps are so pretty.  I made a fun set of cards for today hop - hope you enjoy them!!

To make these cards - I used versamark ink and heat embossed white images and sentiments onto black cardstock.  Once images were done and cooled, I placed them in my over spray Clubscrap pizza box and splattered lime green and yellow acrylic paint onto card pieces.

Then just mat those pieces as shown onto card front:

I embossed the images/sentiments with white embossing powder on the dark brown cardstock.  I think splattered green and yellow acrylic paint onto panels.  Let dry - then adhere to card backs!

  4. It's amazing how much detail comes through on these stamps when embossed. Gorgeous! But the splatter addition was brilliant!

  5. The white heat-embossed images on that dark cardstock really "pop". I really like the touch of color the acrylic paint splatter added. Simple yet striking cards.

  10. The inside of your spray & spatter catch box looks like a fun galaxy! Love these artsy cards. At first I wondered why your White Pigment Ink Stamping was so much more vivid than mine, but I see embossing is certainly the key! Worth the extra step. Love the splatters too.
