I used the ClubScrap Jubilee kit for these cards. I just roughly cut out a heart out of scratch paper - once I had a good template, I then cut out out hearts from patterned cardstock. I punched circles to create the center section adding smaller circles and flower embellishments. I used my sizzix to cut out three hearts and added sentiment and my boys photos along with the ribbons.
I made one of these - all just a touch different - for each of the grandparents for Valentine's day!!
